Mental health looks different for everyone, so how you choose to manage yours will be unique too. It can be a learning process to find what's right for you and while we're learning and living life mental health can go up and down and up again. No matter who we are, we all need to feel connected to others and we all need to know there is someone there when we need them.

Regardless of whether we may have a lived experience of mental illness or not, it's important for us all to know about and maintain our mental health and wellbeing.
