About us L26 - Our Strategic Plan 2023-2026 After 40 years of dedicated service to the regional commuity, Lifeline Darling Downs is more committed than ever to fostering thriving communities and helping people become resilient, hopeful individuals following 40 years of committed service to the local community. Following much deliberation, Lifeline Darling Downs management has approved a new strategy that outlines the organisation's ambitions and goals for the next three years. Our strategy incorporates three key elements. Financial Sustainability - Lifeline Darling Downs will implement a renewed customer-centric approach to services that will enhance and expand our current service offering. Through good governance, sound management, strategic partnerships, and focused fundraising activity, Lifeline Darling Downs will continue to build the financial stability required to continue operating for years to come and deliver the best possible programs and services. Organisational Culture - Lifeline Darling Downs has a culture that will enable the board, staff, and volunteers to operate effectively and in a spirit of collegiality. We will continue to build on this culture to ensure we have the right leadership, staff and volunteers that add value to our organisation while providing a rewarding environment to work in. Defining the Lifeline Way - Lifeline will continue to establish, document and communicate a clear 'Lifeline way of working' for its Board, staff, volunteers, donors and stakeholders that champions collaboration, productivity, alignment to Lifeline Australia and fundraising effectiveness.
