Donate goods

Don't send your unwanted goods to landfill, help your community and donate them to us!

You can donate material goods like clothing, books, blankets, small electrical items and bric-a-brac directly to our Distribution Centre. Even if they are not working, we are able to take and recycle white goods including fridges, freezers, and washing machines, gas appliances, and metal products.

Furniture items can be donated directly to our Herries Street Superstore if in suitable condition.

Please be aware that certain items cannot be accepted. We do accept the following -

  • sofas, lounge suites, armchairs
  • tables, chairs
  • cabinets
  • beds, bedroom furniture
  • electrical items

It is also important to note that swing sets, trampolines, large beds, and bunk beds will need to be dismantled by customers before donating.

Only items that fit can be dropped off at our donation bins. All larger items to be dropped off at 192A Stephen Street, Toowoomba (Lifeline Distribution Centre) between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm on Friday.

If you are in the Darling Downs area and wish to donate goods or furnishings that need collecting, please call the pick-up service on 1300 991 443.

Alternatively, you can complete the following furniture collection form and we will call you to confirm your collection.
