Creative Coping is a 20-week group therapy program that helps people build skills to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, reduce distress and make life changes.

The four key skills taught by the program are mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

The program can be very valuable for people who are experiencing emotional reactivity, unstable relationships, fear of abandonment and high amounts of interpersonal conflict.

This program is supported by funding from the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN.
