We understand that feeling safe and supported requires professionals that are knowledgeable about who we are and the communities we live in. At Safe Connections Toowoomba, we work with LGBTQIA+ or Brotherboy or Sistergirl people who are experiencing/or have experienced domestic and family Violence. Safe Connections Toowoomba provides specialist staff who understand LGBTQIA+ or Brotherboy or Sistergirl relationships. Our staff are committed to working with individuals, families, service providers and the wider community to ensure LGBTQIA+ people feel safe. Lifeline Darling Downs also offers the Safe Connections program which supports people living in South West Queensland who are affected by domestic and family violence.
