In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are struggling to make ends meet and to cope with the changes to their work and life. As always, Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland continues to be available to those who need support.

In an effort to remove obstacles and reduce the burden on those seeking support, Lifeline Darling Downs has launched a brand new free call number to help direct people to what they need.

By calling 1800 951 052 people right across the Darling Downs and South west Queensland can connect with our team and access our regular services and supports.

Due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements, some of our services (such as counselling services) are now being delivered via phone. However, all of our core services continue to operate and are available to the public.

People seeking support are encouraged to call our office using the new toll free number for emergency relief, counselling and general enquiries.

People can also access our crisis support line on 13 11 14, text the crisis support line on 0477 131 114 (6pm-midnight AEDT) or reach out through webchat with Lifeline www.lifeline.org.au (7pm-midnight AEDT).
