In light of recent announcements made by the Queensland government detailing the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, our board and management are announcing that from Monday, 18 May 2020 we will re-open further retail stores but with reduced trading hours.

Stores to reopen are Tara, Oakey, Dalby, Warwick, Stanthorpe and our Perth Street outlet in Toowoomba.  This will bring the total stores in operation to twelve, all with reduced trading hours.

“To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers and customers we have made the decision to slowly re-open some of our stores over a period of time. We have also reduced our trading hours to 10.00am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Customers will be required to adhere to current social distancing rules and hand sanitiser will be available at all stores.”, Lifeline Darling Downs, CEO, Derek Tuffield OAM said.

With the stores trading again people will be able to shop for winter clothing and other essentials, whilst raising funds for our suicide prevention and crisis support services.

All stores will trade on Monday through to Friday from 10.00am to 3.00pm and payment by Eftpos is preferred.

You can find a full list of opening times on our Retail Shop page here.

We are pleased to be re-opening some of our stores and we look forward to serving and providing care for all our customers and clients.
