The training is being offered free of charge to participants and comprises of two parts; a 90-minute e-learning component and a 3.5-hour face to face workshop. This unaccredited course is designed to equip anyone to support another person and includes important information about self-care and responding appropriately in a range of situations. For community, business and other groups this training can be offered on-site.
