The Push-Up Challenge 2024

The Push-Up Challenge is a free mental health and fitness event focused on pushing for better mental health for all Australians. Participants complete 3,249 push-ups over 24 days, representing the 3,249 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022.

What would you do if you couldn't keep your family warm? How would you stay safe if you didn't have a home to shelter in? Where would you turn if you couldn't put food on the table? Working together we can provide counselling, food assistance, housing and crisis support to the most vulnerable individuals in our community.
