My Connections My Way

From time to time, most adults feel stressed, worried or sad. When these feelings last for long periods of time, such as days, weeks or months, it can stop you from living your life to the fullest potential.

The program provides individual and group-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to people aged from 12 years old with mild to moderate mental health issues such as grief, loss, depression and anxiety.  It aims to improve well-being, strengthen relationships and increase participation in community.

Clients can participate in a number of ways including face-to-face, via telephone or Skype.
