NDIS - Tranquillity Care Services

Tranquillity Care Services ensure that participants living with disabilities are respected, supported with their individual NDIS plans and life goals. 

We provide a range of services as a support provider under the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS).  

Services we offer that can assist in this process include: 

  • Plan management 
  • Support coordination 
  • Individual support services

We help our Participants to live their life their way...

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS supports people with a disability to build skills and capability so they can achieve their goals. This may include greater independence, community participation and involvement, employment, improved health and wellbeing.

The NDIS takes a life time approach investing in people with a disability.

How do we help?

Our role as a support provider is to ensure participants with a disability are supported through the process as the NDIS is implemented in our region. 

We can assist you with:

  • Helping you to understand the NDIS and assist you to determine if you are eligible for support.
  • Guide you through the NDIS application and planning process.
  • Help you put your NDIS Package into action.
  • Through Support Coordination we can tailor your supports to deliver the solutions you need that will really work for you.
  • Provide support services that will assist you to access the community, employment, build capacity with independent living skills and achieve your goals.
  • Provide you with the support you need to coordinate and Plan manage your funds and services
