How do we help?

We can help you find out more about how the NDIS can support you to live a full and balanced life.

You may be entitled to support in-home and daily life, community participation, education, and employment.

 If you don’t have an NDIS package we can –

  • Help you to find out if you are eligible for support.
  • Guide you through the NDIS application and planning process.

 If you do have an NDIS package we can –

  • Assist you to implement your plan and personalise your supports and services so you receive the assistance that you need.
  • Help you to manage your funds.
  • Provide a range of support services which will assist you to achieve your goals.


Our services

 Plan Management

We can assist you to manage the financial and administrative components of your NDIS plan.

Plan management can support you by:

  • managing and monitoring your NDIS budget
  • managing your NDIS claims and issuing payments to providers for services delivered
  • providing regular statements to show the financial status of your plan.


Support Co-ordination

We can assist you to identify and organise the supports and services listed in your NDIS plan.

Our Support Coordinators can assist you get the most out of your NDIS funding package by working with you to explore your options and recommend how you can access other supports that you might need.

Our Support Co-ordinators can -

  • Meet with you face to face to discuss your plan
  • Help you understand service agreements
  • Provide assistance to set up the NDIS portal
  • Recommend and assist you to contact service providers
  • Prepare for your plan review


Individual Support Services

We can provide a range of supports which are personalised to your needs.

  •  Short term accommodation (STA)

We can provide support and accommodation for a short time away from your usual home. You might have a short stay with other people, or by yourself. Short term accommodation may be funded when your usual carers aren’t available or as an opportunity for you to try a new thing.

  •  Supported independent living (SIL)

Supported independent living is a type of support that is provided to help you live in your home. It helps you live as independently as possible, while building your skills and could include help or supervision with daily tasks (such as personal care, cooking meals, cleaning).

  •  Community participation

This funding relates to supports you need to meet goals relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities. These activities may be provided in a centre or in a community setting and could include joining a social group, taking a holiday, visiting the library, going to a movie or a concert, or attending community events.

  •  Capacity building

Capacity building funds are provided so you can access a range of activities and supports to achieve your goals. Capacity building funds can be used for a wide variety of activities including finding a job, travelling on public transport, handling money, participating in sport, or attending work.
