Maryanne Long Maryanne Long is a qualified social worker [B.SW, M.SW, MAASW (Acc)], and has held varied roles across both state and federal government and in private practice across community and mental health, education and family law sectors. Maryanne currently works for the Australian Public Service (Federal). Maryanne brings knowledge of both government and not for profit community services sector service delivery and human services management within the Darling Downs and South West Queensland region. Specific interest areas include income support, mental health, suicide prevention and community resilience, family and domestic violence, support and development of human resources sector practitioners. Maryanne has previously served on local school boards and committees of management and was a member of the Qld Mental Health Tribunal for an extended period. Maryanne Long joined the Board in February 2015.
