The Toowoomba Focused Family Support Service is also known as the Referral for Active Intervention (RAI) service and provides support to families who have been referred by the Department of Child Safety, with their consent for parents who may be experiencing difficulties. Schools can refer families to the RAI service through the agreed referral process with the Department of Child Safety.
