Funding by Disability Services Queensland: 

Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland Limited has met the requirements for certification against the Queensland Government's Disability Service Standards.

Certificate Date: 25 April 2008 - Expiry Date: 25 April 2011

This program is based in the St George Office, providing support and information for families who have a child or children with disabilities. Referrals are made to this service in partnership with Disability Services Queensland. Currently 22 families are engaged with this service over a large geographical area.
