During December 2009 Lifeline Darling Downs & South West Queensland Limited has received "NEW" state and federal funding for the next 2.5 years worth a combined total of $2,423,000.00. This funding is for as follows:

Additional Federal Government Emergency Relief Funding of $224,000.00 over 2 years.

New: Federally funded part-time Financial Counsellor for Roma of $180,000.00 over 2 years.

New: State Government funded South West Indigenous Family and Youth Coaching and Mentor Program of $2,019,000.00 over 2.5 years.
Volunteers
Volunteers are an essential part of the Lifeline Family. Currently we are supported by more than 500 dedicated volunteers. They perform various roles including, Telephone Counselling, Shop Assistants, Distribution Centre workers, Country Clothing Sales and Truck Driving.
